On Monday, 23 March, the South African President declared a nation-wide lockdown for 21 days to contain and delay the spread of the Covid 19 virus. The lockdown takes effect from midnight on Thursday 26 March 2020 until midnight on Thursday 16 April 2020. During this period all South Africans will have to stay at home and all non-essential businesses are therefore forced to cease operation.

This lockdown directly impacts our factories and offices and the supply of our products to you will be delayed. We trust that you understand that this situation is beyond our control and whilst we were already actively implementing and working additional hours to increase output ahead of expected disruptions the acceleration of the virus infection rate within our borders meant that the lockdown was implemented much sooner than expected. As soon as we are able to re-open our facilities we will work tirelessly to catch up on all of our commitments.

Key employees will be working from home during the lockdown and we will remain contactable through all the usual communication routes.

We value you as a customer and look forward to continuing to be of service to you after the lockdown. We wish you well during your own preparations to face this terrible virus.
